Hi...everyone! I'm sorry I haven't written in a few days. I've been giving mommy and daddy a hard time. You see I asked Mommy to eat some dairy again. Well, it tasted really good going down but it didn't sit so well in my tummy. So mommy is going to stop eating dairy again for me. Now that she stopped, I'm feeling much better. I'm also sleeping for longer periods at night. I can sleep 7 1/2 hours!! Mommy says she is so proud of me. She calls me a rock star. I'm not sure what that is...but I think its good and it makes me smile.

Another thing that is making mommy proud is that I don't cry anymore when I get put in my car seat. I'm getting so big!!

Christmas

Merry Christmas!! Wow..did I have a fun couple of days. On Christmas Eve I got to go to my Grammy and Poppa's house. Then, I went to Buffalo to my Great-aunt Sue's house. I got to meet my second cousin Court and then I met this really scary looking man with a beard. I didn't like him very much!! I was so tired after all that...I slept for 7 hours that night. Mommy was so proud of me.
On Christmas morning I got to go to my Grandma and Grandpa's house. I was still pretty tired from the day before that I slept through most of the day! Mommy told me that I got spoiled. She said I got lots of toys to play with once I'm bigger!! I can't wait!!

Soooo Big!

Today I had another appt. at the doctor's. He told mommy she could eat dairy again and he weighed me. Guess what.....I am SOOOO big. I now weigh 8lbs 13oz! Mommy and Daddy are so proud of me. After the appt. mommy put a new outfit on me and daddy told me I looked like a felon because of my stripes. So..he has nicknamed me the Christmas Felon today.

Another scratch

This morning, while Mommy was in the shower, I got a little upset because she was taking so long and I wanted to play. I accidentally scratched my face (Mommy says I do that a lot). I don't get why that happens because Mommy cuts my finger nails every morning. But...I did it and so Mommy says my consequence is that I have to wear socks on my hands! :(

Last night I had so much fun playing under my mat. I especially love the giraffe and the parrot.

Daily life

People are always asking my mommy what I do everyday. Mommy wakes me up around 7:00 to eat breakfast. Then, she lets me take a nap on her bed. I LOVE sleeping in that huge bed. There's so much room. I could sleep there all day if mommy would let me. But...she wakes me up around 10:00 to eat again. Then, I get to play. Mommy and I play with rattles, we read books, and sometimes I swing. Playing is exhausting so most of the time I nap again but sometimes I'm just crabby (Daddy calls me crabby Abby) so Mommy and I go for a walk around the house. Before I know it, it's time to eat again at 1:00. After lunch, Mommy and I usually do something around the house, I have some tummy time and then I take another nap. I'm so little I need to nap a lot. At 4:00 I eat again and then I help Mommy make dinner while we wait for Daddy to come home. By the time Daddy gets home I'm starving so I eat again at 7:00. Then, I get my daddy time. He and I cuddle! I LOVE to cuddle. Its my favorite thing to do! Finally I eat one more time at 10:00 before going to bed. I can usually sleep for about five or six hours before I have to wake up mommy to feed me again. I go right back to sleep again before Mommy wakes me up in the morning to start our day! As you can tell, I'm a very busy girl. Mommy tells me my most important job right now is to work on keeping my food down. Sometimes, my stomach hurts so much that I spit up. Mommy gives me two different medicines to try and stop my tummy from hurting and keep my food down so I can get bigger! Right now I'm 7lbs 10oz. I have another doctor's appointment next week before Christmas to get weighed again and see if the doctor has any other ideas of how to help me eat better. I hope the doctor tells my mummy she can eat dairy again, I really miss the taste of cheese. Well...there you have it. That's my life right now! I hope you enjoy the pictures!

My friend Maya

Mommy and Daddy had to go to a meeting last night so three of her friends came over to play with me (Miss Kathy, Miss Amanda and Miss Shea). The best part was that Miss Shea brought her daughter along so that I had a friend my age to play with. Maya and I were supposed to only be a week apart but since I wanted to come earlier, we're now a month and a half apart. Even though I'm older, Maya is a little bigger than I am. I sure hope she can come over again soon. I had so much fun!!
