update

Tomorrow I'm 15 months old and tomorrow starts the beginning of all our Christmas celebrations. These past few months have been so crazy. I'm busy walking around and babbling to mommy and daddy all the time. I love to eat and I love to be chased around the house.

Halloween

Yesterday was a VERY busy day. After my nap, Mommy got me all dressed up and we went to Grammy and Poppa's house. I got to play with my cousins and they were dressed up almost as silly as I was. We took lots of pictures. My grandma came over too. She taught me a cheer to go with my first costume. After we took pics with my first costume, I changed into costume number two. Which one do you like better?













After I left Grammy's house, we went to my friend Oscar's house and had dinner and did some trick or treating. It was so much fun to see so many of my friends.

Fall Fun

It's been a very fun fall so far. I've gone to two different orchards. The first time I picked apples. The second time I picked out a pumpkin, played in a haystack, and played on a big truck.

Birthday Number 3

I totally forgot to tell you about my third birthday party. I finally got to celebrate with Grammy, Poppa, Uncle Peter, Auntie Ali and three of my cousins. It was so much fun. When I walked in, Grammy decorated the house with streamers and balloons. Then we all had dinner, cupcakes and opened presents.

Birthday 2

This last weekend I went to Grandma's house and had another birthday party. This one wasn't just for me. It was for my Grandpa, Great-Grandma, Auntie Jess and me. We had a really nummy brunch, ate chocolate cake, and opened gifts. I had a lot of fun.

I got a cool puzzle, a baby doll, and a pretty princess chair that I love!

Birthday recap

I had a wonderful first birthday! I spent the morning with my friend Oscar. He had a fun birthday sign on his front door when I go there. After my morning nap, I spent the whole rest of the day playing with Daddy.

When Mommy got home after work, we went outside on our back deck and look at all the fun things we saw from Grammy and Poppa.


Next, we went to dinner with Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Jess and her friend Mike. It was so much fun! I got to have chicken fingers (I LOVE chicken fingers). Then, we opened presents and I got some REALLY cute outfits from my auntie Jess. I also got a really cool play fort from Grandma and Grandpa. Finally, I got to have cake. It was DELICIOUS!!!





Friday night (the day after my birthday) I went out for pizza with Mommy and Daddy. Then on Saturday I went to the airport with my friend Lila to meet her Grandpa. I had fun there. There's so many fun to people to look at. Saturday night I went to my friend Isabella's house to celebrate her 2nd birthday.

Today was a super fun day too. The celebrating continued. I went to an apple orchard for the first time. I went with my friend Isabella and her family and Mary and her family. We saw chickens, horses, and goats. We picked some really nummy apples and raspberries. AND we rode on a wagon.



It was a SUPER FUN birthday weekend!

Happy Birthday!

I am ONE today!!!  Happy Birthday to me!  This morning mommy and daddy and I had a special breakfast together.  It was delicious.  Then, I was supposed to go spend the day with Grammy (she had something special planned for me today AND we were going to meet mommy at school for lunch) BUT my three cousins and uncle Peter and Aunt Ali got REALLY sick last night so Grammy is taking care of them.  So...today I get to go to Miss Sarah's house and play with Oscar for a couple hours and then Daddy is going to spend the afternoon with me.  Tonight, I'm going out to dinner with my auntie Jess and Grandma and Grandpa.  It was going to be with Grammy, Poppa, Uncle Peter and Auntie Ali too but we're going to celebrate with them another time.  I SURE hope they feel better.  I'll miss you tonight!!  I'll let you know how my birthday party is later.  I can't wait!!! I'm SO SO SO excited!  

School's Back in session

It's official...School is back in session and so mommy is CRAZY busy!! I've had a BIG couple of weeks. I've gotten a bunch more teeth, I've been to Sugar Lake and back (twice), AND I've started crawling! Life is good!

Week 1

My first week of being away from mommy all day is officially over and done with and we're on to week number two. I had a very fun week playing with so many different people. However, the only kink in the week was when I got sick. Yep...that's right! I already got sick! I had a really bad cold accompanied by two new teeth coming in. Needless to say Mommy and I spent most every night awake together. I would sleep from 8-midnight and then wake up and cry until about 4am and finally fall back to sleep on Mommy's shoulder. Then, I'd wake up again at 5:30, eat, and go right back to sleep until 7. It was exhausting. I still have my cold but its getting a little better. I'm not up as long during the night but I'm still up!

Over the weekend, I went to Sugar Lake with Mommy. I got to hang out with my fabulous and fun cousins. We played in the grass (well I played on a blanket because I still hate grass), we played on the tubes and bounced, we went for a walk, we swang, rode the tractor and we napped!


There's one more thing I forgot to mention about the cabin. While I was bouncing on the tubes my cousins had a little accident. Leah and Brynn like to pretend to paint the cabin while their daddy actually paints the cabin. Well, when all four adults weren't looking, they picked up a small can of dark brown deck stain and dropped it. It popped open and spilled on the back patio. They thought it looked fun to play in and so they did. Take a look at the pics Mommy took of them! Both Brynn and Leah asked Mommy to take pictures of them after they were all cleaned up so you knew what they looked like clean too.

On Sunday, I went to the MN State Fair for the very first time. Boy was that a wild experience. I've never seen so many people. I got to eat lots of nummy foods for the first time: mini donuts, corn on the cob, a fresh turkey sandwich, and pizza. Along with eating those great foods, I went to lots of different barns. I saw horses, cows, sheep and pigs! They were all kind of smelly!





Now it's Monday and we're back to our routine. I sure hope these teeth come in soon and this cold goes away. I'd really like to sleep through the night again (and I think Mommy would too, especially since she has to work now)!
