Spring Fun

I love this warm weather! It's so fun to be able to be outside and playing.
Mommy and Daddy took me to the zoo for the first time and it was so much fun.
Every since then I can finally say two animal noises. I hadn't been able to do that, even though mommy has been trying to get me to do it ever since I was little. I can now say roar for a bear and neigh for a horse. I loved the zoo! I can't wait to go back again!!

Guess what else...I got a swingset!! Mommy and Daddy found a great deal and got me a swingset of my very own to have in the backyard. I LOVE to climb up the rock wall, go down the slide and swing!

It's going to be an awesome spring and summer!

Other fun pics

Just wanted to share some other fun pics that Miss Patty took of me.

Easter and Arizona

It has been an INCREDIBLE week! About a week ago, Mommy and Daddy and I were getting ready to go to this place called Arizona. They told me I had to take an airplane to get there and that it was really warm there.

Before we left, I went over to Grammy and Poppa's house with some of my cousins and we had an early Easter dinner and Easter egg hunt. Wow, that was fun. I've never done that before. Well not that I remember. My cousins were a lot faster than I was at finding eggs, but Brynn shared with me. After the hunt, we played on the slide and had dinner.

We left early Friday morning. I did AWESOME on the plane ride there. I stayed in Mommy's lap the whole time and never fussed. We played with LOTS and LOTS of new toys. I slept the whole way in the car to the mountains where we stayed. But, once I got there, things didn't go so well.

Who would have guessed that I'm allergic to Arizona! Anytime I stepped foot outside, my nose became a faucet and my eyes wouldn't stop running either. I was miserable. Well, to make a long story short, after a couple days of that and not sleeping well, Mommy took me to the minute clinic and I was diagnosed with an ear infection and put on meds for that and for my bad allergies. I was a whole new person after that. I was back to my old self and I LOVED being outside.

We went to a fun church on Easter. It was really big and really pretty. They had a HUGE nursery with a fun kid outdoor patio to play on and lots of neat toys that I've never seen. I really wanted to go and finally after a lot of begging, Mommy let me
go while she and Daddy went to church.

Other fun things we did:
We also played in the pool for a little bit but it wasn't heated so it was pretty cold....I didn't mind too much. We went on lots of walks and I got to go to the Railroad park with Nonny and Grandpa while Mommy and Daddy and Auntie Jess hiked up a mountain.

We went to some fun places for dinner - The Buffalo Chip where I danced to fun music and watched a crazy dog run around - El Cantino where I got to watch duckies play right next to my dinner table.

The house that we stayed in was beautiful. It was on a mountain so there were pretty things to look at in both directions. The coolest thing I saw were deer outside on the back patio - really close to the door AND once I counted four of them - and I saw Havalinas - they are funny!

The way home was a little more difficult for me. I was really tired, hungry and just wanted to run around the plane and talk to people. Mommy and Daddy wouldn't let me do that, luckily there was a fun man who sat behind me and played peek-a-boo with me over and over. I finally fell asleep for the last half hour of the trip. Mommy and Daddy fell asleep too - they were exhausted!

It's good to be home and back in my own bed and playing with my toys.

I had a great time in Arizona - THANKS Nonny and Grandpa!!
