Family night

Last night was so much fun. Mommy let me skip my "catnap" before bed and so I got to have dinner with mommy and daddy. It was so much fun. I sat in my bumbo on the table while mommy and daddy had dinner. It sure looked delicious, I can't wait until I can eat it. But I'm loving my cereal for now. Mommy says I'll get to try some vegetables this week. I hope they taste yummy! During dinner, we all talked about our days and I showed daddy some of the new sounds I'm making. I am talking a lot more now!

Too cute for words

Mommy and Daddy keep telling me I'm too cute for words. Daddy took these two pictures on his phone, they're his favorites. The first one was when I was 4 months old and the next one was when I was 5 1/2 months old. Can you tell I'm getting bigger?

walks

With spring in the air, mommy has taken me on some fun walks. She said its good for me to get out of our house and get some fresh air. I still have the sniffles and something funny that mommy calls "the runs." Daddy and mommy are both getting my cold now too. Mommy said we need to get out of our germ infested house and the doctor said it would be good for me too. So she got me all bundled up and put me in my stroller. It was a lot of fun to be able to sit up and look at everything we passed by! I'm really excited for the warm weather and for cold and flu season to be over so mommy and I can go out on the town (only a few more weeks)!!

Good news

I'm back from the doctor's and she said that I do NOT have RSV and I'm not dehydrated. Yay!! I'm so glad! She said I just have my first official cold and that I'm building a strong immune system! Woohoo!! Thank you Lord! I'm going to go take a nap now since I missed it earlier! Talk to you soon.
